Fall is almost here. The Fall season begins on Saturday September 11th with the first meeting at the boathouse on Cascade Lake starting at 7:30 a.m.
Here are the things you need to do to get started with rowing in the Fall.

Bring the following 3 forms with you and a check for $100 payable to OIRA to cover annual membership
in US Rowing($45) and OIRA($55).
These forms are PDF files that you should be able to download, print out fill
in, sign and bring to practice.

The first practise meet is at the OIRA boathouse at Cascade Lake from 7:30 a.m.
till 9:30 a.m. on Saturday September 11th. There will be a swim test and a flip test so bring a
bathing suit and towel. Don't worry the water is still warm and pleasant. The flip test and swim
test are required for continuing rowers. The swim test only for new rowers.

But here is the typical weekly practice schedule:
- Monday rowing at the lake 6:00 a.m. till 7:30 a.m.
- Tuesday "land pratcie" at the school 6:45 a.m. till 7:45 a.m.
- Wednesday rowing at the lake 6:00 a.m. till 7:30 a.m.
- Thursday : NO PRACTICE ON THURSDAY
- Friday rowing at the lake 6:00 a.m. till 7:30 a.m.
- Saturday rowing at the lake 7:30 a.m. till 9:30 a.m.
