Crewfeast 2010 is happening very soon.

Crewfeast 2010 is happening very soon. We need people to commit to attending the dinner. At least all crew team parents, family and friends. We have up to 100 seats to fill.

We also need volunteers to help out with a range of things:

Dinner goers:
1. Decoration of the dinning room
a. One or two primary persons plus assistants. A gang of artistic friends!?
b. There are approximately zero funds for this task, so any materials must be scrounged or donated or ….
2. 3x loaner large cars/SUVs or vans. We have to shuttle the guests about a ¼ mile between the lodge and parking. There is not enough parking space at the lodge. These vehicles should be OK for driving by any licensed adults.
3. General setup at the lodge.
4. Bar tender (Not Tina)
5. Junior Crew adult contact person. The “what should I be doing” go-too person.
6. Shuttle vehicle drivers (3). Before and after dinner.
7. Parking area reception person (1). Before dinner
Non dinner goers. Possibly non club people:
1. Kitchen help:
a. Food prep (2)
b. Dish washers (2)
2. Donation table staff (2)
We also need 40 chairs & 13 table cloths for rectangular tables about 3’x6’.
